Hard to focus, family things...

Just before I went about my business getting ready for my Oscar party (blog posting coming soon), I got a call from my mom. She has been having pain in her chest and arm. Went to the cardioligist last week. Having SURGERY Friday. She said it is exploritory and they are looking for the block in her arteries. She said it was also related to her diabetes. It is frustrating that I can't be there as a support for my parents and brother. Mom said the surgery is a day thing and it is a common proceedure. Sigh. It will be a long week...
