Guess what? I am still fat. Perhaps one of these days there really will be a magic pill that when taken, one wakes up 50lbs skinnier overnight. Maybe if I actually ate better and excercised the weight would come off too.
I didn't go to Albany - rain, loneliness and work prevented me. I am so far behind on Client P that I worked Saturday and Sunday. I did get things done, but not as much as I'd like.
More on the weekend and pics to post another time. Too much to do now.
