It was a year ago this past Monday that I participated in the most challenging event of my excercise life - the Malibu Triathlon. It's this weekend. I have several friends participating in it again. Best wishes y'all for a safe and wonderful event!!!! I wish I was there with you!
It was one of the most amazing moments in my life. (Now if I could just kill of Evil Kdar and be the Sporty Girl I know I can be....)
